Reed | Managing Director
Bill has over twenty five years of experience
in the origination and structuring of tax sensitive finance
products in the fortune 500 arena. He has held Vice President
and Managing Director positions with the following companies:
UBS, Transamerica, AT&T Capital Markets and Banc One.
His working knowledge of FASB guidelines and SEC regulations
are a strong complement to the CSA team. Bill is a graduate
of the University of Wisconsin. His outside interests include
Iceboating, Sailing and Woodworking.

Tom Bulger |
CPA
Tom has been serving business and building owners as a CPA for
over 20 years. Along with bringing a wealth of experience in
the areas of tax and accounting, he has worked extensively in
the areas of profit improvement and preparing businesses for
transition.
Tom has a well-rounded approach developed in part through a
solid run as controller of a manufacturing and distribution
company. He has been very active in the business community recently
serving as chair of the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce.
He enjoys many outdoor pursuits including bird hunting and sailing.

Terry
Thompson |
Engineer
Terry has thirty years of construction management
and real estate development experience. He started his career
with Kmart Corporation where he oversaw their new building construction.
Later Terry was a Regional Development Manager, teaming up with
the Real Estate Division to handle new store site development
from concept to completion. This involved preparing site analysis
packages, establishing budgets, directing architects and engineers,
and construction management. He has also been in involved in
his own retail and residential development projects.
He has a BS in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.
Terry is the Social Chair for the White Bear Yacht Club Sailing
Division and in his free time enjoys competing in A Scow racing,
triathlons, marathons and iceboating.
Terry's
strong analytical problem solving skills and engineering background
complements the talent of the other members of New Harbor
Cost Segregation Advisors.
